Studying visual arts is a great experience, the
world of art is bigger than we think, it is not just painting and drawing since
creating a work of art needs more than just technique it requires extensive
research as to the subject we wish to exhibit also along the way one can modify
the final result just as it happened to me when I wanted to exhibit the drawing
of a butterfly and in the end I ended up exhibiting the sculpture of a dog.
Mentioning this sculpture reminds me of when I was a child I was always painting doodles on walls but I wanted to work in a clinic taking care of animals when I grew up. I liked art however I was determined to be a veterinarian but that decision changed when I started my studies in high school, that's when I realized that I felt happy when I created art even if it was school work, being a veterinarian had come to an end.
When I finished my high school studies it was difficult to find another study option besides arts. The only option I found was graphic design which was a safe option to fulfill but deep down I did not like it.
With a lot of effort and with the passing of the years I was able to make my dream come true I am studying to become an artist. The university is more difficult than I thought since there are a lot of new subjects, a lot of homework and new schedules but finally it is all part of the process of becoming an artist since creating art makes me happy and that is why despite the academic load I do with great joy all the tasks but I must admit I want the vacations to come soon.
